Our founder, Malika Shaw, brings formal accounting education and hands-on CPA-firm experience across bookkeeping, payroll, complex reconciliations, and tax preparation. That background shapes everything we do: delivering work that is technically sound, thoroughly reviewed, and explained in language that makes sense.

You will work directly with your accountant at BOSS Associates, not a rotating call center. That personal continuity is how we keep your books highly accurate and ensure your questions are answered quickly.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, we are currently welcoming new monthly bookkeeping, tax, and consulting clients. Because we focus on delivering personalized, 1:1 service, we manage our client roster carefully to ensure everyone receives the attention they deserve.
Can you work with my existing software?
Absolutely. We work with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other leading accounting platforms. If you already have a system in place, we can typically work within your existing setup. If you're starting from scratch or paying for software that doesn't fit your needs, we'll evaluate your business, transaction volume, and goals to recommend and implement a solution that supports your operations efficiently and cost-effectively.
